Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education; post-high school education preferred
• Minimum of 1 year in customer service role or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Process all reservation requests via phone, chat, fax, or other channels for all properties.
• Determine callers' needs through active listening and probing questions to upsell and satisfy needs.
• Maintain knowledge of each property to effectively sell hotel services.
• Refer group and corporate leads to sales.
• Maintain and update group blocks.
• Answer all calls with professional selling techniques.
