Job summary

The Guest Experience Programs Intern role at Penske Entertainment’s Indianapolis Motor Speedway supports planning and executing the Non-Profit Program, along with College Program staffing during the 2027 season. This internship offers hands-on event operations experience in a fast-paced motorsports environment and requires current undergraduate or graduate students.

You will collaborate across departments, help with onboarding, check-in, and post-event reporting, and gain exposure to major IMS

Qualifications

• IMS College Program experience preferred.
• Strong interest in event and staffing operations.
• Experience in event planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Aid in planning and executing Guest Experience Non-Profit Program.
• Support College Program staff events and onboarding.
• Coordinate check-in operations for Non-Profit participants.
• Assist recruitment for programs during event planning.
• Provide administrative support to the Guest Experience team.
