Job summary

Penske Entertainment in Indianapolis is seeking a Guest Experience Programs Intern for the 2027 season. You will assist with planning and execution of the Guest Experience Non-Profit Program, support College Program staff events, and act as an on-the-ground representative during May.

This internship offers exposure to IMS, INDYCAR, IMS Productions, MEM, and cross-department collaboration, coordinating communications, staffing, and event feedback to enhance fan experiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited college or university.
• Interest in event and staffing operations and planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of the Guest Experience Non-Profit Program.
• Support College Program staff events and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate check-in, staffing, and follow-up with participants and programs.
