Job summary

Penske Entertainment is seeking a Guest Experience Administration Intern for the 2027 season in Indianapolis, IN. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and training for seasonal staff, reporting to the Administration Coordinator and collaborating with HR and Payroll.

As part of IMS events, you will help with onboarding for up to 750 seasonal employees, participate in staff welfare initiatives, and support post-event feedback and reporting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree.
• Experience in IMS College Program preferred.
• Interest in event planning and staffing operations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work on weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seasonal staff recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and training.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll to resolve employee issues.
• Support administration during large-scale events.
• Contribute to post-event feedback and reporting.
• Support staff welfare initiatives and events planning.
• Coordinate onboarding for hundreds of seasonal employees.
