Job summary

Penske Entertainment's Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) offers a Client Service Intern role during the Month of May, including the Indianapolis 500 and Brickyard Weekend. You will assist in delivering premium experiences, support suite, club, and hospitality operations, and handle client requests from pre-event prep to event day execution.

This on-site internship is part of the IMS College Program with both office and on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in related field.
• Availability for January–August internship and events.
• Willingness to relocate for the on-site internship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium experiences during the Month of May at IMS.
• Support suite, club, and hospitality operations.
• Fulfill client requests and ensure top-tier service from pre-event to event day.
• Assist with room setup and tear down.
• Communicate daily with the Client Services team and clients.
