Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Guest Service Agent to transport guests to local locations and assist the Front Desk with daily operations at Aspen Snowmass. You will communicate with the Front Desk for itinerary updates and ensure vehicle cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

The role requires a valid driver's license and strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage guests positively in varying weather conditions. Seasonal, full-time position with benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• One year of guest/customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport guests to local locations as scheduled by the Front Desk.
• Familiarize guests with points of interest, restaurants, activities, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk for itinerary changes and guest requests.
• Check inside and outside of vehicles for cleanliness and report issues.
• Follow baggage tagging and ski storage procedures.
• Deliver messages or items to guest rooms or other areas promptly.
• Maintain the Lobby and Luggage storeroom cleanliness.
• Assist Front Desk in locating lost baggage through airlines and guest services desk at the airport.
