Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Store Associate for Four Mountain Sports retail and rental locations. This multi-functional role focuses on Retail Sales, Rental Technician, or Cashier operations, delivering welcoming, personalized interactions that guide guests to the right products and services on the mountain.

You will support across store functions, ensuring guest satisfaction and a seamless experience, with flexibility to cover various duties as needed during the winter season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, rental, or guest service roles preferred.
• Prior experience in ski/snowboard rental operations or technical equipment fitting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming first impression and service-driven experience to guests.
• Provide personalized product and service recommendations, outfitting guests holistically.
• Execute retail sales with strong knowledge of features and benefits.
• Support rental operations with equipment fitting for comfort and safety.
• Operate POS systems accurately and complete transactions.
