Job summary

The Ski & Snowboard School Sales & Reservations Agent at Aspen Skiing Company serves as a key contact for guests planning on-mountain experiences with warmth and accuracy. This seasonal full-time role supports Ski & Snowboard School operations while delivering world-class service from initial inquiry to final booking.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service or reservations experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service, sales, or reservations in hospitality or resort environment.
• Experience handling phone and email communications in a professional setting.
• Experience with sales targets or performance goals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and sell Ski & Snowboard School products such as lessons, lift tickets, season passes, equipment rentals, and seasonal activities.
• Upsell and cross-sell to tailor guest experiences and drive sales.
• Build relationships and address guest needs before, during, and after booking.
• Assist with reservations and provide clear information on offerings.
• Stay knowledgeable on seasonal programs and events to inform guests.
