Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company in Snowmass Village is hiring a Store Associate to deliver an elevated, guest-centered experience. You will assist with rental gear, apparel, and accessories, while maintaining a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment that reflects Aspen Snowmass service levels.

You will operate POS and rental software, welcome guests, provide knowledgeable product guidance, drive sales, support stock and merchandising, and uphold safety protocols in a fast-paced, seasonal retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in retail sales and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Completion of ski manufacturers’ binding certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, attentive approach and encourage engagement.
• Assist guests with rental and retail processes with personalized recommendations.
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on gear, apparel, and accessories to support confident purchases.
• Operate POS and RTP software to process sales, rentals, returns, discounts, and payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist with stock and receiving.
