Job summary

Marriott-International in Minnetonka is seeking a charismatic Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in, and ensure a memorable stay. You will manage guest information, distribute keys, and respond to inquiries with warmth and professionalism in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

This full-time role offers evenings 3pm–11pm, opportunities for advancement through the Management Development Program, and a benefits package including 401k, health and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right customer service professional.
• Strong knowledge of software applications is beneficial, especially hotel systems and productivity tools.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage their information, distribute keys, and assign rooms.
• Answer general inquiries to ensure an excellent guest stay.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality hospitality experience.
