Greco Properties is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Specialist to join our Shoreview, MN team. The role supports the Property Manager with move-ins, resident needs, front desk duties and small details that deliver a 5-star experience.

The ideal candidate brings hospitality or customer service experience and enjoys helping people. Property management experience is not required, making it a great fit for a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, restaurants, customer service, front desk operations or events preferred.
• No property management experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist residents, prospects, guests, and vendors.
• Coordinate move-ins and follow-up with residents.
• Assist with move-outs, inspections, documentation and keys.
• Support front desk and administrative tasks.
• Receive, organize and monitor packages.
• Respond to resident questions and day-to-day concerns.
• Assist with resident events and social media content as needed.
