Job summary

Greco is seeking a Leasing & Resident Experience Consultant for our Shoreview campus, overseeing the leasing process across three Class A communities with 600+ units. The role blends sales, resident experience, and problem-solving from first inquiry to move-in.

You will engage prospects, explain value, manage availability and pricing, support renewals, and ensure a polished experience from start to finish. If you are fast-paced, detail-oriented, and collaborative, this is a great fit.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales or leasing in luxury residential or high-touch customer roles.
• Strong sales instincts, communication, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365; quick learner of new systems.
• Reliability, punctuality, curiosity, coachability, and team-first mindset.
• Weekend availability as per leasing schedule.
• Nice to have: multifamily leasing or property management experience; Yardi/EliseAI; Fair Housing knowledge; Canva.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospects from inquiry through tour, application, lease, and move-in.
• Respond quickly, follow up consistently, and communicate value to prospects.
• Stay current on availability, pricing, floorplans, concessions, and market.
• Support renewals and resident retention with urgency and professionalism.
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and Fair Housing compliance behind the scenes.
