Legends Global in Boston is seeking a Part-Time Guest Service Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest experiences through ticket fulfillment, retail operations, and the Magic Memories photo service. You will greet guests, explain ticket options, process sales at POS, and assist with photo packages.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer service training is a plus.
Experience in ticket sales, retail or attractions preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

Ticket Fulfillment: greet guests, explain options, manage online and walk-up sales.
Retail Operations: assist in View shop, process POS transactions, restock.
Magic Memories Photo: engage guests, capture prints, process orders, upsell packages.
Customer Service: resolve inquiries, share knowledge about View Boston exhibits.
