Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver an outstanding guest experience and support store operations. You will greet customers, operate the POS, handle cash and maintain in-stock conditions while following safety and quality policies.

This role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend or holiday shifts and reliable transportation. You will contribute to a friendly shopping environment and assist with vendor coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Able to access all store areas and complete paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, etc.).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
