Big SNOW American Dream is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to provide outstanding service to guests at our indoor snow resort. You will handle ticket encoding, outfitting, and the rental process while ensuring a memorable and safe experience for visitors.

Responsibilities include assisting guests, promoting product offerings, and maintaining accurate information at all touchpoints. A positive attitude, ability to work in cold conditions, and a flexible schedule are essential to success in

Formación

• Must be 16 or older.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in cold conditions (28 degrees).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including afternoons, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Be an accurate and reliable source of information for our guests.
• Assist with guest retail, entry to facility, outfitting, boot fitting/rental equipment, and overall guest experience.
• Promote and educate guests on product offerings throughout the guest trail.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Acknowledge and advocate for guests' needs related to their Big SNOW experience.
• Enforce and follow safety procedures for the team and guests.
• Scan online ticket purchases and encode media for access to rentals and tickets.
• Validate entry and cards at entry points and lift base.
• Support our mission through teamwork, guest loyalty, and mutual respect.
