Job summary

Six Flags is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate in New York to greet visitors and answer questions, helping with admissions, passes and on-site services. You will use a POS system, handle inquiries, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include processing tickets, maintaining Lost & Found, and assisting with safety and guest concerns. Flexible hours and paid training accompany opportunities to advance within the park.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Proficient typing and quick learner of computer programs.
• English language proficiency for safety and interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with ticket purchases, online sales and inquiries.
• Help guests with season passes and memberships online and in park.
• Use POS system to process transactions and handle payments.
• Maintain Lost and Found records and assist reunifications.
• Support security with lost children and parents relocation.
• Maintain a calm, attentive approach to problem solving.
