Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, assist with finding items, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You’ll use handheld scanners and tech to support checkout and services, while upholding safety and store standards. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to learn loyalty programs and digital features.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, initiating warm, helpful interactions.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support teammates and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
• Promote store benefits, offerings and services; assist with loyalty sign-up.
• Learn and navigate Order Pick Up, Drive Up and related processes.
