Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to help guests enjoy a fast, friendly shopping experience. You will greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and process purchases using handheld scanners and the POS system.

The role requires a customer-centric approach, the ability to work in a busy store, and a willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service skills.
