Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to welcome and assist guests, ensuring a friendly and efficient shopping experience in-store. You will handle guest interactions, help with returns and questions, and promote Target’s loyalty programs and app features.

You will work as part of a team, maintaining a clean environment and adhering to safety standards while supporting guests with quick problem resolution and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• Explain and promote Target benefits, loyalty programs and app features to guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized area and assist peers as needed.
