Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to welcome guests, resolve questions, and help with purchases in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, assist with finding items, manage the checkout process, and promote Target’s loyalty programs.

This role supports teamwork, safety, and a positive guest experience, with flexible hours including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and helping customers in a fast-paced store.
• Ability to communicate clearly and be attentive to guest needs.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and resolve issues quickly.
