TOCA Soccer in Nashville, TN is hiring a Guest Experience Associate. You will be the face of TOCA, delivering 10/10 guest experiences, welcoming guests, and supporting smooth facility operations.

The role requires evening/weekend availability, ability to lift 30+ lbs, and strong communication. You’ll work across guest services, concessions, and front desk with growth opportunities within the TOCA team.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Comfort with Google Suite and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a high-energy welcome experience.
• Assist with front desk, concessions, and event sign-ups as needed.
• Maintain clean, stocked spaces and assist with scheduling and sign-ins.
• Process waivers, payments, and basic reports.
• Learn TOCA processes to grow within the role.
