TOCA Soccer is hiring a Guest Experience Associate for our Perimeter, GA location. You will be the face of TOCA/DBat, delivering 10/10 guest experiences, greeting guests, answering questions, and keeping operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing role with positive attitude and excellent communication.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and move with energy.
• Availability evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer questions, and ensure an MVP experience.
• Keep space clean, assist with scheduling and events.
• Handle waivers, payments, and basic reports.
• Learn TOCA processes and grow with the team.
