Job summary

TOCA Soccer in Richmond, OH is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Associate. You’ll be the face of TOCA, delivering 10/10 guest experiences, and keeping the center running smoothly with energy and a positive vibe.

You’ll greet guests, handle questions, assist at the front desk, and support concessions during peak times. Evening and weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth and development within TOCA.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Must have strong communication and a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide warm welcome, and deliver MVP-level experiences.
• Assist with concessions and front desk operations as needed.
• Keep space clean, stocked, and ready for action.
• Support scheduling, sign-ups, and events; learn TOCA processes.
