TOCA Football is seeking a Guest Experience Associate at our Allen, TX center. You’re the face of TOCA, delivering 10/10 guest experiences, warm welcomes, and smooth operations during busy evenings and weekends.

You’ll greet guests, answer questions, help at the front desk and concessions, and collaborate with team members to keep the center lively and clean while ensuring safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused demeanor with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Clear, professional communication and the ability to adapt to guest needs.
• Comfort with lifting 30+ lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and answer questions to create MVP experiences.
• Assist at front desk and concessions; handle payments and sign-ups as needed.
• Coordinate with team to keep the facility clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Support events, scheduling, and guest check-ins.
