Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience and support store operations in Katy, TX. You will greet guests, operate the POS, manage cash and inventory, and assist with housekeeping and merchandising tasks while following safety and company policies.

This role requires flexibility to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Flexible hours including day, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to access all store areas including selling floor, stock and register.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policies.
• Operate the point of sale; manage cash, lottery and tobacco levels.
• Complete housekeeping, stocking and merchandising tasks as directed.
• Coordinate with management on guest requests and vendor concerns.
