Job summary

Global Partners LP in Houston, TX is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while completing store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, and keep the store clean and stocked, with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform basic computer functions.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to work in intermittent temperatures outside, in coolers, etc.
Ability to climb ladders & stairs and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
Operate the POS in line with corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
Complete all store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
Communicate with management about guest requests and vendor concerns.
Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
