Job summary

Global Partners LP in Katy, TX is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences while completing store tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain cash integrity, and ensure a clean, stocked store. Flex hours, reliability and transportation are required; occasional nights, weekends, and holidays may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Able to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
• Communicate with store management regarding guest requests and vendor-related concerns.
