You will guide guests through promos, loyalty programs, and digital features like the Target App; handle checkout and drive-up services with a team-focused mindset.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and initiate warm, helpful interactions at various distances.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to improve experiences.
• Demonstrate a service culture and deliver the service standard.
• Inform guests about promos, store activities and loyalty programs.
• Show how to use the Target App features such as Wallet.
• Assist with loyalty sign-up and guest enrollment as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and safely.
• Minimize guest wait time while keeping accuracy.
• Explain Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering to guests.
• Handle returns or exchanges following policies with leadership support.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Stock supplies during open hours and assist guests.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards.
• Support guest services like OPU and Drive-Up with compliance.
• Perform other duties as needed by the business.
