Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Porter to maintain basic cleanliness in the garage and provide friendly hospitality to guests during their stay. You will handle routine cleaning tasks and assist guests with issues such as directions and inquiries.

The role involves maintaining facility cleanliness, supporting with basic maintenance, and ensuring guest confidentiality as part of our service standard.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training, or equivalent education.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic general cleaning.
• Must be able to read and write Standard English.

Responsibilities

• Cleanliness checks at all guest entrances/elevator landings in the entire garage.
• Use mop or power washer to remove stains; clean signage and pay stations.
• Maintain general garage cleanliness with tools and cleaning solutions.
• Wipe signage, equipment, gates and related areas with cleaning solutions.
• Empty returned guest key receptacles and assist with garage maintenance tasks.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; provide area information.
