Job summary

Kids City Hawaii is seeking a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead a team in Kapolei, HI. You will ensure excellent guest service, manage staff, and handle events with a hands-on leadership approach.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with learning new systems. CPR/First Aid and Food Handler certifications may be required. This role supports active, friendly, and energetic teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and Food Handler certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Train, coach, and support employees.
• Handle cash and oversee POS procedures.
• Oversee parties, events, and guest reservations.
• Handle guest concerns, emails, and incident reports.
• Monitor inventory and operational needs.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Report updates to the Regional Manager.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week; flexible availability required.
