Job summary

Kids City Hawaii is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead the team, and deliver excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will multitask, solve problems, and stay organized while managing staff, events, and guest reservations. CPR/First Aid and Food Handler certifications are required by the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proactive, independent, organized, and dependable.
• Able to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be willing and able to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid certification and Food Handler certification as required by the company.

Responsibilities
