Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Assist children and families during their visit.
• Monitor play areas and help maintain a safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize play equipment, tables, and common areas.
• Assist with admission, check-in, and front desk duties as needed.
• Help prepare and clean party rooms for birthdays and events.
• Answer guest questions and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow all company policies, cleaning standards, and safety procedures.
