Job summary

Kids City Hawaii is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead daily operations, guide the team, and ensure outstanding guest service. The role requires multitasking, problem solving, and organization in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee scheduling, train staff, manage cash and POS, and coordinate events and reservations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and dependable work ethic, with availability for weekends and holidays and a commitment to guest

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proactive, independent, organized, and dependable.
• Able to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must obtain CPR/First Aid and Food Handler certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Train, coach, and support employees.
• Handle cash and oversee POS procedures.
• Oversee parties, events, and guest reservations.
• Handle guest concerns, emails, and incident reports.
• Monitor inventory and operational needs.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
• Report important updates and concerns to the Regional Manager.
• Schedule: 40 hours per week; flexible availability required.
