Minneapolis Bouldering Project, LLC is a community-centered climbing gym offering world-class bouldering, yoga, and fitness in Minneapolis. Our Operations Specialists create a welcoming, safe environment and support front desk operations, events, and programs.

As a part-time, hourly role, you will greet guests, process purchases, maintain cleanliness, and help run group activities while upholding our inclusive values and high standards of service.

Qualificações

• Previous customer service or cashiering experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excitement about working in a climbing and community environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and orient new climbers.
• Process purchases, returns, and account updates at the register.
• Support gym programs, events, and group check-ins.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
• Collaborate with teammates to uphold welcoming culture.
