Job summary

Sender One Service seeks a part-time Bouldering Gym Specialist to deliver outstanding customer experiences, greet guests, and support event bookings and memberships. The role involves helping customers with gear, guiding courses, and contributing to a friendly, safe gym environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about climbing, enjoy working with people, and are willing to learn and grow. Weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding or instructing others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in person in a timely, friendly manner.
• Facilitate transactions, bookings, memberships, and sales initiatives.
• Lead introductory climbing courses for adults and youth per Sender One policies.
• Assist with general upkeep and facility maintenance.
• Monitor safety and manage risks associated with climbing and training.
