Natural Retreats in Big Sky, MT is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team. You will ensure guests and owners receive exceptional service from arrival to departure, and maintain brand standards across properties.

The role involves coordinating maintenance, housekeeping, and owner-guest requests while upholding our commitment to quality. The position requires strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury rental

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational skills with effective documentation.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of A/V, electrical, plumbing, mechanics and appliance repair.
• Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
• Flexibility with working hours, especially in peak season.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Be a brand ambassador for Natural Retreats locations and services.
• Provide exceptional guest and owner service from arrival to departure.
• Resolve guest concerns and improve guest experience.
• Develop knowledge of the destination to inform guests and staff.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready per brand standards and prepped on time.
• Deliver branded amenities and perform property inspections after departures.
• Oversee maintenance work orders and coordinate with teams to complete tasks.
