• Serve as brand ambassador for NR locations and services.
• Provide outstanding guest and owner service from arrival to departure.
• Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to elevate experience.
• Develop knowledge of local destination to effectively inform guests and colleagues.
• Ensure properties are guest-ready and maintained to brand standards.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and coordinate work orders for vendors.
• Communicate openly and timely with all departments and central teams.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure accurate owner charges and statements.
