Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in property management, hospitality, facilities, or field operations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day physical condition of all properties in portfolio and ensure each home meets quality standards.
• Conduct and coordinate property inspections for arrivals, departures, maintenance events, and owner requests.
• Manage repairs, preventive maintenance, and property upkeep through in-house staff and vetted vendors.
• Respond to property emergencies and owner situations with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain documentation of property conditions, work orders, maintenance history, and vendor performance.
• Lead, coach, and manage Inspectors and schedule workload for inspectors, cleaners, and vendors.
• Interview and onboard new team members in partnership with HR; maintain staffing levels for seasonal demand.
