Treasure Island Beach Resort seeks an experienced Guest Services / Operations Manager to lead daily operations and elevate guest satisfaction at our Treasure Island, FL property.

The role requires management experience, overseeing front desk, concierge, and staff, and coordinating with department heads to ensure a seamless guest experience while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred; 2-year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 2 years’ experience in guest services/front desk.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and front desk processes.
• Work schedule varies including holidays, weekends, and alternate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk, concierge, and bell staff to ensure superior guest service.
• Develop and implement SOPs and checklists to optimize operations.
• Manage interactions with department heads to improve guest experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and brand standards; take corrective actions.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally; ensure timely resolutions.
