Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Summerville, SC seeks a Concourse Experience Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced venue with a focus on guest service and sales goals. You will oversee concourse operations, bowling and bar/lane service, and train team members to deliver memorable experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of management experience, a friendly professional demeanor, and hospitality or F&B exposure; weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
