Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is looking for a Concourse Experience Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced center. You will oversee overall concourse operations, including bowling and service, while driving guest satisfaction and sales goals.

The ideal candidate brings energy, a solid work ethic, and strong guest-service skills, with the ability to train and supervise team members across multiple roles.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanor.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Must able to work weekends and holidays.

Concourse Experience Manager

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking a Concourse Experience Manager who is ready to be part of a high-volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

This ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Concourse Experience Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations and atmosphere of the concourse.

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of the concourse including bowling and service, creating memorable guest experiences, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions.
