Job summary

Paylocity seeks an Operations Rooms Supervisor to oversee guest areas of the hotel, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service and anticipates guest needs. You will monitor room availability, safety, and guest well-being while guiding staff in grooming and attire and coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities include opening and closing duties, processing maintenance work orders, managing stock and supplies, handling the assigned bank, and communicating last call at closing time

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel operations or supervisory role.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Strong teamwork and coordination with departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the staff to ensure optimum service in the guest areas and exceed guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify any deficiencies.
• Communicate with guests, other employees, and departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Complete opening and closing duties.
• Monitor room availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Complete scheduled inventories of supplies.
• Check stock and requisition necessary supplies.
• Obtain assigned bank and ensure accuracy of money, and keep bank secure at all times.
• Communicate last call at designated closing time.
