Paradise Inn is seeking an experienced hotel Operations Supervisor to support assigned operations and floor management. You will oversee daily guest services, ensure safety and efficiency, and report to the Assistant General Manager, coordinating with multiple departments to maintain high standards of hospitality.

Compensation Amount: 35.02 USD HourlyResponsible for all support of assigned operations and floor management of Paradise Inn. Control and manage operation, in conjunction with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, to maintain a consistently high standard of guest service, cleanliness, and respond to guest and department needs as required. Supervise daily operations in a friendly, safe, and efficient manner. This position reports to the Assistant General Manager.
Job Description: Monitor, problem solve, and direct workers as questions and need for directive arise to ensure efficient and safe completion of tasks daily, with those actions being representative of the company’s operations and values. Communicate regularly and professionally with numerous people including the Paradise Inn General Manager, Assistant General Manager, other departments, guests, HR, and other key stakeholders as needed. Attend and participate in management and safety meetings. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and write daily shift reports. Ensure proper shift coverage and manage meal breaks. Address staffing conflicts and mitigate situations from escalating. Ensures internal compliance of cash handling, asset security, key controls etc… general company policy and National Park Service Standards. Under guidance of the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager, participate in pre-and-post season setups /teardown of the hotel, F& B and Retail operations. Manage staff appropriately to enforce standards and minimize personnel conflicts. Participate in department check-in and cash out procedures, and other accounting functions as delegated. Engage in and resolve guest issues as they arise. Oversee department records such as schedules, payroll, deposits, tips, and daily cash reports. Performs such other related duties as directed or required.
