Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Must be available to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Proficient with computers; hotel systems are web-based.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all guest rooms to ensure proper cleaning using the point system.
• Assist with cleaning rooms when necessary.
• Open and close housekeeping for the day; create housekeeping boards in WebRezPro and distribute rooms.
• Perform room preventive maintenance to identify repairs for Facilities.
• Assist with laundry on linen delivery/pick up days.
• Keep carts and storage rooms stocked with linen and supplies.
• Review reservations to ensure correct rates and required guest information.
• Review payments posted to ensure guests are charged correctly.
• Conduct property walks to inspect hallways/public areas for damage.
