You will change bed linens, replace towels, dust rooms, replenish amenities, inspect for issues, stock carts, and assist teammates while following SOPs and safety rules. This role emphasizes customer service and teamwork to deliver quality hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work various shifts, holidays and weekends.
• Must have great customer service skills – all of our positions come into contact with guests!

Responsibilities

• Change all dirty bed linens
• Replace used towels
• Dusting
• Replenish amenities offered in rooms/lobby
• Ensure that all assigned rooms are clean and ready to be checked into
• Stock housekeeping cart at beginning/end of shift
• Inspect rooms visually for any maintenance issues that need to be reported
• Bring down dirty linen/towels
• Assist coworkers with their rooms
• Follow all SOP and Policies that are in place
• Follow all safety and security measures that are in place
• Occasional laundry
• Stock storage areas when needed
• Comply with all reasonable requests made by management
