Job summary

Roam is seeking an Operations Lead to partner with the Assistant General Manager in delivering seamless hospitality across daily operations. The OL is a positive servant-leader, with grit and a passion for guest experience, who fosters teamwork and proactive problem solving.

You will manage meeting setups, cafe operations, catering, and facility upkeep, while coaching part-time Hospitality Assistants and maintaining Roam’s high-energy environment that inspires guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service with strong operational focus.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
• Emotionally intelligent and socially aware.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate meetings with technology readiness, room setup, catering, and service.
• Coordinate with the Meeting Coordinator to meet guests’ needs and delight.
• Direct communication with corporate guests.
• Manage Large Room Event Orders (REOs) with accurate financials.
• Ensure workspaces reflect Roam’s brand and inspire productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace daily.
• Partner with Facilities to track maintenance needs for the team.
• Oversee cafe operations and revenue.
• Manage catering supplies and inventory.
• Assist coffee bar activities and machine maintenance.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures.
