ROOST Baltimore is seeking an experienced, hands-on Front Office Manager to oversee day-to-day Front Office and Food & Beverage operations of the property. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations across guest-facing and back-of-house areas while maintaining ROOST's standards for hospitality, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in hospitality operations
• Experience supervising or managing
• Experience in Front Office and Food & Beverage management preferred
• Strong guest service standards
• Leadership, coaching and development
• Excellent communication, organization and problem solving
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel billing, invoicing, A/R and basic financial procedures
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure procedures are followed.
• Lead and train Front Desk Agents; monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations and other departments.
• Develop, implement and improve Front Office SOPs and procedures.
• Monitor guest reservations, preferences and special accommodations.
• Assist with billing, invoicing and A/R tasks as needed.
• Oversee Food & Beverage operations and service standards.
• Promote seamless communication between Front of House and Back of House.
