You will guide guests with enthusiasm, train Slimetenders, manage breaks, report daily insights, and uphold safety, accessibility, and brand values while maintaining a high-energy, joyful atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 30–40 hourly team members on shift.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and guest-facing service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as shift leader when AGM/GM are offsite; supervise hourly staff.
• Maintain presentation and experience standards across the site.
• Deliver and elevate guest experiences across all zones; troubleshoot calmly.
• Coach teams, report daily insights to management, and ensure accessibility.
• Support events, parties, and group visits with top-tier service.
