Job summary

Jobtailor hires a retail associate to assist guests at the Hall of Champions venue in Indianapolis, providing exceptional service and completing sales transactions. The role supports inventory control and merchandise handling while maintaining clean fixtures and displays.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, basic Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment with NCAA interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training.
• Retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to assist guests with their overall experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers, staff, and NCAA contacts.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
• Must manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with overall experience while maximizing sales
• Answer guests' questions regarding Hall of Champions equipment
• Complete friendly retail transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and fixtures
• Stock, organize, and sell merchandise
• Assist in inventory control and sales records
