BEST Crowd Management is seeking an Event Staff member in Indianapolis, IN to deliver exceptional customer service at events. You will play a key role in welcoming attendees, assisting with needs, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old; local regulations may apply.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or events is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and be active for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming attendees and assisting their needs.
• Assist with event setup and signage placement.
• Monitor venues for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions about the event, facilities, and amenities.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism.
